Pet Policy

Pet Policy and GuidelinesPet Limit: A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment is allowed.Waste Disposal: Residents must remove and properly dispose of pet waste, or face a $25.00 fine per incident. More than three (3) violations will result in the immediate removal of the pet from the premises.Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds are not permitted, including but not limited to: Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, all wolf breeds, and any combinations/mixes of these breeds. Management reserves the right to deem any other breed or specific animal as aggressive.
